Ella Wilhelm started teaching voice in 2005 at the Jerusalem Young Academy of Music and Dance and Ankor Jerusalem Girls Choir. At the same year she started teaching piano privately. She trained young singers preparing them for different solos, choral parts and exams at the end of secondary schools. Ella was teaching there until she arrived to Montreal, Quebec. From 2008 until 2014 she took a position of a voice instructor and vocal ensembles musical director in SHEKEL, an organization for people with special needs. Ella was a guest voice teacher in numerous workshops organized by different Jerusalem choirs. 

Since 2015 Ella teaches voice and piano in Montreal at Paramount Study, Montreal Music Academy and Academy of Music Harmony. In 2016 she joined Cummings Centre Seniors Choir as its musical director, where she is teaching recently; in 2019 Kadischa Seniors Choir as its musical director as well.
